Artifact Core is provided "as is", without warranty. It is a version registry: it keeps the state of deliverables, their hashes, and their lifecycle, and explains which version is current.

• It does not replace your storage system: locations and attestations reflect what YOU declare.
• An "existence check" is a recorded attestation, not a read performed by the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
